In Perspective

One of the four minarets of Taj Mahal. A clean blue sky normally makes the picture look wonderful. If you are not able to get one, then there are several ways to put in a better sky in the pic. Click here for a tutorial on how to replace your sky using photoshop.

In this pic, I didnt require any photo editing though. :)

The fabulous!

Taj Mahal, the gift of love!
It was crowded when we reached there. Visitors from every nuke and corner of the world. After all...this is one of the wonders of the world.
I lost my way taking pictures. And above that, i didn't have charge in my mobile. Yeah! really bad situation! I had to run around to find someone who will let me make a call from their mobile. Most of em frowned at the request. I think i shuld have asked some foreigner :D But at last a guy helped me out and i could locate my friends.

Agra Fort

The great Mughals Babur, Humayun, Akbar, Jehangir, Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb lived here, and the country was governed from here. It contained the largest state treasury and mint. It was visited by foreign ambassadors, travellers and the highest dignitaries who participated in the making of history in India.

Jim's Apartment Complex

We stayed here on the first day of our trip. The place is in Noida, Delhi. We were on the thirteenth floor. I took this pic keeping my camera on the railings of the balcony. And yeah, the time was 5 am in the morn. We had to leave early so that we reach on time in Agra.

My trip : Sikandara

So lemme start posting some picks from the pics i had taken during my one week trip to delhi, agra n manali. This one is from Sikandara, Akbar's tomb in Agra.
I'd like to give a tip here. While taking pictures of buildings and monuments the alignment of the frame makes a great impact. A tilted picture doesnt give the same impact as a straight well aligned and symmetric picture. So you should take care of how you hold your camera. If you are not able to judge your alignment, switch on the grid option in the viewfinder or the lcd display. This helps a lot to position the building in the frame and also its straightness.

Happy shooting :)
